Implementation overview
Mobile Jev connects natural-language goals to a Mobilerun Android device. Its local studio displays the device stream and action timeline; the repository also includes a dark-theme task with a separate check of the resulting device setting.
What you can test
Try the Android Settings dark-theme demo. Its runner checks the switch state after the agent acts instead of treating Jev's DONE response as proof.
What you need
Use Node.js 22.16+ (24 recommended), pnpm 10.30.1, curl 7.70+, a ready Mobilerun Android device, and your own Mobilerun and TypeSafe API keys. The README installs dependencies with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, then checks devices with pnpm devices and pnpm doctor.
Limits and evidence
The studio is a localhost, single-operator tool; public or multi-user hosting needs separate authentication and device authorization. The dark-theme demo checks its own task, while other goals still need an independent outcome check. Device and service charges are separate.
